Raising awareness of palliative care amongst medical staff

Kenya Hospice and Palliative Care Association is working to raise awareness of palliative care and it’s benefits amongst the wider medical profession in Kenya with a series of continuous medical education (CME) sessions across the country. The benefits and need for palliative care are still not yet fully understood and many patients are therefore still left to suffer needlessly. the latest session was reported on in ehospice/kenya.
